Mysuru: The vibrant and internationally famous "Mysuru Dasara", is indeed an eye grabbing event, which attracts lakhs of people. Among varied and extravagant cultural programmes staged in the 'Palace City', 'Yuva Dasara' is dedicated to youth. The day has finally come for the launch of this programme for the 409th Mysuru Dasara.
A programme which is said to be the "Melting Pot" of the Dasara festive season, Yuva Dasara will begin its magic from tomorrow i.e., Friday, October 12, at the Maharaja grounds.
Yuva Dasara is known for Bollywood and Sandalwood music, which thrills the youth. This programme is said to continue for the next six days.
On the first day which is tomorrow, Chief Minister of Karnataka H D Kumaraswamy will inaugurate the event.
Soon after the inaugural programme "Jai Ho" fame singer Vijay Prakash and his team will cast a spell on the spectators with their melodious and peppy numbers.
On Saturday, October 13 night, an acclaimed rapper and composer from Bollywood, Badshah and Aastha Gill will take the audience for a Bollywood musical ride.
On Sunday, October 14, a singer known for his romantic and soulful voice, Armaan Malik will be on stage with his compositions and smash hits.
'Rocking Star' Yash will be leading the programme titled 'Sandalwood Night', on October 15.
On October 16 and 17, a musical orchestra will be performed by other famous artistes. The programmes are scheduled to begin at 6 in the evening and end by 10.30 PM.
